Had trouble finding any insurance company to give me homeowners insurance on a duplex that I own. Within two days they had me four quotes that I can choose from. Will definitely use them again next year!

Very professional. Agents were friendly and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend giving them a try. Their rates are very reasonable.

Questions

Business Insurance Questions

Don't see your question? Ask us directly. A licensed agent will answer, in English or Spanish.

What coverage does a new business need first?

It depends on what you do, whether you have employees and what your lease or contracts require. Most businesses start with general liability and add workers comp once they hire. We point out what's required and what's optional.

What's the difference between a BOP and general liability?

General liability covers injuries and damage you cause to others. A BOP packages that liability with property and business income coverage, often for less than buying them separately, if your business qualifies.

Why do you ask for my lease or contracts?

Leases and contracts often set your limits, additional insured wording and waiver requirements. We read them before we quote so your policy matches what you signed.

What happens at a premium audit?

Many business policies are priced on estimated payroll or sales. After the policy year, the insurance company checks the actual numbers and adjusts the premium up or down. Accurate estimates up front help you avoid a surprise bill.
