Information insurance companies use to quote and underwrite, like driving records, claims history and, where allowed by law, credit-based insurance scores.
Basic website data, like the pages you visit and the device and browser you use, collected through cookies and similar tools.

To compare insurance companies, request quotes and place and service your policies.
To answer your questions and contact you about your quote, your policy, renewals and claims.
To meet our legal and licensing obligations and to protect against fraud.

Insurance companies and their underwriters, so they can quote, issue and service your coverage.
Service providers who help us run our business, like email, phone and software providers, who must keep your information confidential.
Government agencies or others when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.

If you opt in, we text you about your quote or policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help.
Mobile numbers and text opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

When you request a quote, we may call or email you about it. You can ask us to stop at any time, and we'll update our records.

We limit access to the people who need it to serve you and use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive details like Social Security numbers by email or text.

You can ask to see or correct the information we have about you. Some states give you additional rights, and we honor the rights that apply where you live.
